Udinese vs Torino Prediction
14 Udinese in the Serie A standings with a record of win-draw-loss of 2-1-4. They fell to a 0-1 defeat away to Fiorentina in their last league match. The Zebrette toothless on the road with zero goals, but they perform better in Friuli with a 2-0-2 record so far, and they will be hoping to add their name W when they take on Torino on Sunday. Everyone bar Larsen are fit to play.
Torino is heading into the game on the back of a goalless draw vs Napoli in the previous round. With three wins, one draw and three losses, they sit in ninth position in the league. Unlike Udine, Granata is quite entertaining team with the average at 2.86 goals in their matches. They have a 1-0-2 record on the road. Walter Mazzarri back on the bench and there were no injuries or suspensions to report.
With less than 1.3 goals on average in their game, Zebrette is the most boring teams in the league. At home, they scored 0.75 goals per game, while conceding 1. With Okaka and lasagne is projected to start face for the first time this season, and with De Paul running the show from behind, they may generate some excitement for a change.
Granata far-numbers are quite high - 1.67 goals per game, while allowing exactly 2 per game. They played two thrillers on the road (3-2 Atalanta, Parma 2-3) and was narrowly defeated Sampdoria (0-1).
Udinese tend to do well as an underdog at home, but I'm not going to pick them to win, or Torino. Instead, I will follow my hunch and bet on a draw and both teams to score. I can see them scoring each one in Friuli.
